Hi So There Are Red Dots At The End Of

Hi so there are red dots at the end of three of the blood vessels in my left eye under my upper eyelid. My eyes are really itchy and it feels like there is sand under that eyelid to. I thought it was pink eye but the only other symptom I have is the crustiness when I wake up... What does this mean
