Hi, So This Is An Awkward Question. The Past Two

Hi, so this is an awkward question. The past two weeks I have been jerking off a lot, like two to three times a day if not four or five. This morning i was ok but laterToday When I peed there was some blood in my urine. Later I peed again and there was more blood and it stung some. Is this just because I've been jerking it too hard? Will it go away on its own? I'm 23.
