Hi, So This Is My Little Issue. I'm 25 Years

Hi, so this is my little issue. I'm 25 years old and I got my period on Oct 25th, it ended between the 27th and 28th of October. October 30th I had unprotected sex, ever since my genitals have been hurting, and for some reason everytime I pee I feel like not everything is coming out and it hurts like if I can't pee. And today (Nov 2nd) I noticed I bled a bit and out of nowhere felt cramping. I'm a bit scared thinking I'm pregnant or there's just something completely off cause this never happened to me. Pls help!!!!
