Hi So This Is Pretty Embarrassing But I Need To

Hi so this is pretty embarrassing but I need to know the answers and treatment without having to go to a doc or buying expensive medicine. I am not sexually active but I have these "razor bumps " on my vagina. They itch alot and now they seem to be permanent. How do I get rid of them? They are so embarrassing
