Hi, So Today I Was Cleaning And Just Checking Down

Hi, so today I was cleaning and just checking down there and just below my vagina where my thighs touch,, it seems like eczema may have grew back but between near my anus it also look really red.. I don't know if this makes any sense to you but if it does, please help.. I just moved recently to another state and I don't know any doctors that might take Medicaid.
