Hi So Today I Woke Up And My Right Eye

Hi so today i woke up and my right eye began to feel itchy, it got bloodshot red, and it swelled up quickly. I then noticed that it had swelled in a weird form, it looked misshapened like the top had a swollen bubble. It eventually went down after i left it alone can someone tell me why this happened?
