Hi , So Today In The Morning My Left Ear

Hi , so today in the morning my left ear starting feeling itchy at first I ignored it until the afternoon I tried cleaning my ears with a q tip thinking a bug might have gone in my left ear after my ear still felt itchy so I got a q tip and went prettt far in my ear now I feel pain but still can hear perfectly. What do I do?
