Hi, So Two Weeks Ago I Was Opening A Door

Hi, so two weeks ago i was opening a door and my pinky nail (which is long) slammed into the side of the wall causing it too lift half way, i can move it up and down but it is still attached. is there anyway it can reattach or will it just grow out? thanks
