Hi, Something Weird Went On With My 14yr Old Daughter

Hi, something weird went on with my 14yr old daughter last night. She has never had a problem with headaches before and out of the blue she said her hurts really bad, she also said that her right arm was numb and tingling. Then she threw up a lot three separate times. I gave her a Motrin and she was better for a few hours. Her arm seems fine now, maybe she pulled a muscle or slept on it wrong? She just said again that her headache is coming back. She didn't get much sleep last night and is very tired. I just gave her another Motrin as the other one was way worn off and she went to bed. She has not gotten her period yet as she is an athlete with absolutely zero body fat. We are starting to get a little concerned. This started at 1am last night.
