Hi, Sometimes When I'm Walking I Have Experienced A Paralyzing

Hi, sometimes when I'm walking I have experienced a paralyzing cramp in my inner thighs. It is sometimes accompanied with an indentation. I drink plenty of water, eat right and sometimes exercise. What is this debilitating pain that stops me in my tracks and what can I do to stop it from occurring again.
