Hi, Sorry For My Poor English, My Main Language Is

Hi, sorry for my poor english, my main language is french, i hurt myself on a needle, my doctor told me to get blood test at 6 week and comeback 3 week later to have my result. but i have extreme anxiety and dont want to wait 3more week with all those panic attack i got everyday. Can i go to an emergency room at 6 week and get a INSTI VIH test? its been a week now that i hurted my finger on a needle and cant stand it all ready pls help :(
