Hi, Started Yesterday With Mild Pain And Pressure In Area

Hi, started yesterday with mild pain and pressure in area between leg and labia. Today pain and pressure worse. Sometimes making ambulation difficult. No fever no burning on urination no vaginal discharge. Urine dipstick +2 leukocytes. Pressure relieved somewhat after urinating. UTI or PID?
