Hi Suffered A Boxers Fracture About 6 Weeks Ago. I

Hi suffered a boxers fracture about 6 weeks ago. I went to the ER and was put in a splint, then followed up with our local clinic. The clinic then referred my to an orthopedic who said I didn't need to be seen by him and to continue care at the clinic. I still have some pain and cannot move/bend my pinky into a fist. Is this normal or should I get a second oppinon? Thank you!
