Hi, Symptoms Started With A Throat Pain And Followed With

Hi, symptoms started with a Throat pain and followed with a cold, weakness in body (fever sort of feeling)

I started with Azithromycin 250 mg (morning once in a dea), coupled it with Coldact (twice in a day)

is this right course i have done? 4th day in it ... throat pain is gone , cold is still there
