Hi, Thank You For Your Time. I Am Not One

Hi, thank you for your time. I am not one to go to the doctors. I felt so bad 12/22 with nausea and vomiting I took myself to ER; no fever. Results of blood work up, UA and a CT (I insisted on CT) revealed: Kidney Infection, inflamed Pancreas, elevated Lipase, small cyst on left kidney, Diverticulosis, hiatal hernia and atelectasis of left lung! I was given Cipro script. I called back 5 times to ER to confirm I was on correct ABT; with C&S results - never could get a answer. Now Ive completed ABT and am now starting to feel nausea yet not vomiting or fever but experience vertigo at times. I work a lot - a nurse. What do you suggest?
