Hi thanks for your help. Im having sinus drainage in the throat, chronic ccough that started this morning. Ive coughed so much today my head and chest hurts. Im feeling body aches as well. I was told to get elderberry syrup to help. so I was reading about this to get the info. Any advise is welcomed!
