Hi The Bottom Of The Flesh Wall In My Nose

Hi the bottom of the flesh wall in my nose I have a a lump it's been there as long time, and I have picked it my accident a few times, it's sore at the time and then just grows back. Am thinking it was due to me sniffing when I was younger, maybe cut it and didn't heal right ?
