Hi, The Condom Broke While Having Sex With My Boyfriend.

Hi, the condom broke while having sex with my boyfriend. I took a Plan B pill 42 hours after the sex, so about an hour and a half from now. I'm experiencing no nausea, but feel like my bladder is constantly full? It doesn't sting to urinate, but I do feel a slight stinging sensation when I don't. I feel pressure where I'd usually feel cramps, but no cramps. It's very unpleasant and I'm wondering if I should be concerned? There's no wa it's a STD, I've been with my boyfriend for 8 months and I have been on birth control up until the last week, so we've barely ever used condoms. Is this normal?
