Hi, The Flu Is Going Around And Three People In

Hi, the flu is going around and three people in my household currently have the flu - I have not experienced any flu like symptoms. Though I have not experienced any flu like symptoms, around the same time, I started experiencing a tightness / discomfort in my lower chest, upper abdomen. The pain is very minor, but it increases when I'm eating. It almost feels like I have to burp, but when I burp, it's more painful/tighter.
