Hi, The Inside Of My Mouth, More So The Inside

Hi, the inside of my mouth, more so the inside of my cheeks, the roof of my mouth and the back of my throat, have all discoloured slightly to either a lighter pink, orange and in some cases white. I also have a little lump on the back of my throat but it isn't painful. I just wanted to know whether It could be symptoms of oral cancer?
