Hi, The Last 2 Months I Have Been Having Spotting

Hi, the last 2 months i have been having spotting between periods and it has got to a stage where after i urinate there is blood on the tissue but no blood in the urine. The odd day i would get a mild pain in my lower abdomen that only lasts a couple of minutes and also only sometimes i would get a burning sensation when urinating. What could it possibly be it is getting very worrying.
