Hi, The Left Lip Of My Vagina Is Swollen And

Hi, the left lip of my vagina is swollen and has a cut on it that lightly bleeds. When I use the restroom it is painful and painful to touch or wipe. This happened earlier today when I was horseback riding, the ride was really painful and I believe it caused the swelling. Will this go away on its own if given time or anything?
