Hi The Other Night While Having Intercourse With My Husband

Hi the other night while having intercourse with my husband I suddenly got this Really painful cramp in my lower abdomen and my lower back was hurting. It was more like as if I was having contractions. The pain lasted for like 10 to 15 min. I took some tylenol and layed on my bed and slowly the pain went away. The next day I woke up with lower back pain it's been like this for 2 days. I dont know if it has to do with my period almost coming.
