Hi, The Result Of My Xray Shows Kyphosis Deformity Through

Hi, the result of my xray shows kyphosis deformity through the cervical spine, apex at around C4, C5- C6 levels with mild narrowing of these disc. Very minimal cervital spondylitis with minimal foraminal encroachment and alteration of normal curvature. I have pain on my left neck, shoulder,back and tingling on my fingers. What does this mean. Appreciate your help. Thanks.
