Hi, The Top Of My Right Wrist Has Been Swollen

Hi, the top of my right wrist has been swollen for the past few weeks. There is pain, not excruciating though. I did get an X-ray done and it seemed fine. However, the swelling is not subsiding. Now, the pain has reached up to my right shoulder and collar bone.
