Hi, The Veins On My Penis Shaft Became Extraordinarily Red

Hi, the veins on my Penis shaft became extraordinarily red and inflamed. It is itchy and appears to have a few small round spots that popped up along the veins. That turned into lesion in a day and dried up and left scab. It continues to itch. Not sure what to do.
