Hi There. A Couple Of Days Ago I Had A

Hi there. A couple of days ago i had a slight discomfort at the head of my penis. So i pulled back the foreskin past the head, only to find tiny fluid bubbles under the foreskin with some slight swelling.

I do not sleep around, so i can confirm it is not STI. I also have very good hygiene. Are you able to give any insight into what this may be? And how i can overcome it?
