Hi There. A Few Days Ago I Had A Temporary

Hi there. A few days ago I had a temporary bend in my penis, during sex, pointing upward, not to the right or left. There was no pain or sexual dysfunction or in urinating. Can you tell me what might have caused this? I have not had an reaction in the past few days to see if it is now normal
