Hi There, A Few Days Ago I Noticed My Clit

Hi there,

A few days ago I noticed my clit was tender when I went to wipe after doing the toilet. Upon further inspection I noticed a very small white spot to the right hand side of my clit. It is not painful unless touched. Would you be able to advice on what this could be?
