Hi There. After Breaking Up With My Ex Boyfriend Last

Hi there. After breaking up with my ex boyfriend last year, I tested positive for chlamydia. I was treated with azithromycin and was told to retest to check it had cleared up. I've only just got round to retesting and it's come back positive again (I've not had any sexual partners since). I have taken 1000mg of azithromycin again (2 days ago), however I'm concerned if it didn't work last time that it may not work again this time. Would you recommend taking another form of antibiotics as well? Thanks
