Hi there. Curious...I had my embryo transfer (embryo was graded a perfect 10) 11 days ago and I have not had any bleeding at all, no brown discharge but slight cramping. Is this a bad sign that the embryo didn't implant? Or a good sign that it didn't flush out? If it wasn't a success... would I have bled at least a little? I am looking for any hopeful signs.
