Hi There. Er Nurse Here... I Just Noticed My 20mo

Hi there. Er nurse here... I just noticed my 20mo old son has a protruding rib on his right side mid claviclular line just at the nipple. No pain no resp distress lung expansion is equal bilat. Left side is normal. Just noticed it now. Should I take him in for a cxr?
