Hi there. For the past few days, I have been using the computer a lot. And I've realized that my head starts hurting at random times and when I look around my eyes feel weird as if the muscles hurt. When I put my head on the floor and stand up, my head hurts like crazy and I feel like this is because I have been spending too much time looking at the screen. I really want relief from this head pain. I hope you can help.
