Hi There I Am 10 Weeks Pregnant And For The

Hi there I am 10 weeks pregnant and for the past week I have felt like I have a bladder infection but all my tests have come back negative. It burns when I empty my bladder and I always feel the need to pee....and even just sitting can cause pain and irritation. I don't know what else to do as they say I do not have one but something isn't right and it's driving me crazy all day! Please help
