Hi there! I am 44 years old and 270 pounds. I have purchased a treadmill and I'm beginning a workout program to lose weight. I bought it yesterday and walked 3 miles on it at 2.5 mph. Today I am sore but I want to get back on it and do more today but I'm also in this for the Long haul. Do you recommend every day to start or every other?
