Hi there. I am a 27 years old male and last sunday I tripped and fall and got hurt on my palm. I have taken a tetanus injection withn 24 hrs and have been using betadine lotion as well as ointment to the wound since then. But 1 week passed, I am not seeing any improvement. I also tried to use neosprin powder to dry off the wound. But that too didn't help. I took Moxikind-CV 625 tablets today, hoping that the wound will heal now. Can u please suggest me a good dosage or shall i stick with the existing one? (betadine Ointment + Moxikind - CV 625 Antibiotic)? Please help.
