Hi There. I Am A 32 Year Old Male And

Hi there. I am a 32 year old male and pretty sure I need to go to the e.r. for something I have been putting off and wanted second opinion. After some heavy drug use my feet and legs recently started to get edema and swell up starting with my left foot and leg where I have vericose veins and then my right foot started too but left is always worse my lungs were filling with fluid lying down and get dry cough and ends of fingers and toes get red and cold and my nails changing yellow and starting to seperating from the toes that i think couod be candida overgrowth since im pretry sure that was alsp the ca use of alot of white strands and clumps of white mucas stuff I was passing in urine. And urination was always an emergency while drugs were in my system and was passing this stuff . I was hoping just focusing on healthy diet and exercise and lots of water would heal me but noticed my nails on feet are getting worse and skin there and genitals fingers are getting red and scaly as well and definitely have some sort of yeast infection still that is scaring my with the chance of my toe nails falling off. But am still worried that i may have given myself congestive heart failure reading symptoms and maybe have damaged my kidneys and or liver. Scared to go to a hospital and find out but I should probly go to the e.r. yes?
