Hi there, I am a healthy person with a nice warm house. :-) I was out yesterday without gloves (but I had a coat on, with pockets). I live in Toronto and yesterday it was above zero but there was an arctic, below-zero wind. The pinky finger on my left hand got very cold and turned a gross white. I could move it easily. It was a little numb. When I got home I ran cool water over it, which warmed up very gently, and then wore a glove. It came back to a normal color after 15 minutes. It still feels a little odd today. Works just fine, though. Do I need to do anything about it?
