Hi there I am an 18y/o male. The head of my penis is very sensitive and when touched it starts stinging so I avoid touching it. When soft I can pull back my foreskin all the way but the foreskin doesn’t come back much when hard I think the skin is too tight or the skin that connects the top of the foreskin to the head of the penis is too short and doesn’t stretch. What are my next steps? I am uncircumcised. Thank you
