Hi There. I Am Experiencing Dizziness, Numbness On My Left

Hi there. I am experiencing dizziness, numbness on my left side of my body. I can walk and talk just fine. No fast movement. My back is tingling in the center left side. I feel disorientated. And at some times a little nauseated. This started on Friday afternoon. I am very healthy and work out daily.
I had some Chinese Food 1 hr prior to this onset. Could it be a food allergy? I can't get in to see my doctor till next Monday.
