Hi There I Am Having Trouble Dinging Out What Is

Hi there I am having trouble dinging out what is wrong with me .. Friday last week I started getting a rash and itchy .aswell as collar bone pain , neck and back and chest pain . I'm not allergic to anything so that's weird . Went to hospital they treated with anti histamine the following day my throat felt like it was closing over the bottom part of my throat . They gave me a steroid at the next hospital I went to .. Nothing has really improved and blood tests come back with raised white cells which could be from steroids
