Hi There, I Am In NewZealand And I Have Symptoms
Hi there,
I am in NewZealand and I have symptoms of hay fever ( Running nose, blocked nose etc...). Its summer here and grass pollen is quite common in this season. When I met my ENT doctor during my last visit to India, he suggested me to use Metaspray Nasal Spray as I had some swollen tissues in my nose. It was quite effective then. But now I am not using this spray. Now my question is that, can I continue the spray or an anti-hystamin tablet like Citerzine will be enough to subsidize the running nose etc...?
