Hi There. I Am Just Back From A Trip In

Hi there. I am just back from a trip in which I had an infection from untreated water in Africa. That was 4 weeks ago and I was treated with Cipro, IV fluids etc. I lost a lot of weight, and I was already quite thin.

Just back home a few days and I continue to be very fatigued, dizzy, loosing weight and constantly thirsty. Crazy painful muscle cramps in feet and toes. My digestive track is constantly rumbling, and spastic diarrhea.

I should note that I have had a liver transplant fromPSC and have no large intestine, but have a J-Pouch. Also my anti rejection meds, Tack and Cellcept were over heated with 45'C in Africa.
I will see my doctor next week.. Any ideas for the weekend?
