Hi There, I Am Very Confused. I Have A Friend

Hi there, I am very confused. I have a friend that say's she has stage 2 pancreatic cancer and refuses treatment, Say's they offered her the whipple procedure. She refuses to take her medicine and this has been going on for about 9 months and only shows signs of colitis, I have been studying her disease and have a copy of what she is suppose to be takeing, As for what I read she should be dead
