Hi There! I Ate A Burger Last Night From McDonald's

Hi there! I ate a burger last night from McDonald's and I woke up with a very sore stomach, mainly in my upper abdomen area which sort of moves along to the center of my stomach and my mid chest sort of hurts, I've been passing very soft balmotion and I feel very very sick, do you think it might be food poisoning or may I have been affected because I slept next to my little brother who had a fever last night? I also have work and I'm not too sure whether to go or not
