Hi There. I Ate Some Egg Pasta Last Night -

Hi there. I ate some egg pasta last night - my body had been sensitive lately to what I'm eating but for whatever reason it did not like that. I felt nausea about an hour later.. Then committed 2 hours later and in the last 12 hours haven't gone 2 hours without vomitting. I can't even keep water down :( I am also quite constipated and could only go to the toilet this morning but have had a lot of abdominal pain the whole time - what should I do? I am so nauseas and have an oral temperature of 38c but cannot drink water to rehydrate
