Hi There, I Believe That My House Has Been Broken

Hi there, I believe that my house has been broken into and my sugar in the cupboard has been spiked with( cutter,) cutter agent used to mix or sell with ICE DRUG. I had 3 tea spoons with hot coffee, I feel different in the throat area. Can you advise me.
