Hi There. I Don't Have A Gp, But I Woke

Hi there. I don't have a gp, but I woke up very dizzy, and I'm concerned. Turning my head causes dizziness. A few years ago, I had an inflamed vestibular nerve, no known cause, but it caused an issue for about 4 months. This was not something helped with the epley maneuver. I'm concerned about potential heart attack?
