Hi There, I Found A Large Light Yellow Pill With

Hi there, I found a large light yellow pill with large carving on back side, #230. Can you tell me what these are ?
Also oval shape smaller pill front is letter L striaight line B , opposite side is letter M,
the last one is round, white medium in size , AN627, blank on one side
