Hi There, I Get A Sharp Pain In My Chest

Hi there, I get a sharp pain in my chest and stomach. It lasts for about 5sec or less. It also happens sometimes when i breath. My chest and stomach get slightly tight. If i get up to fast my head spins for about 10sec or less. Its been happing more lately and I'm getting concerned. Thanks Keegan
